Mark T. Fredrickson, CPA

Mark joined Hansen House Company in February 2016. A 1987 cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth, Mark started his career with McGladrey & Pullen, eventually rising to the level of Director and managing the Duluth office’s Small Business Group. In 2006 he moved to Shel/don Group as their CFO and became a co-owner in 2007. Mark has a broad knowledge of small business accounting and taxation issues, and has consulted on several mergers and acquisitions.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently serving as Secretary on the Ridgeview Country Club board of directors, and has held many other positions there including President. His past community involvement also includes the SMDC Foundation Board, Family of God Lutheran Church Council, Junior Achievement Duluth-Superior Area, Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest, and coaching youth basketball.

A fourth generation Duluthian, Mark is an avid golfer and outdoorsman, and always enjoys a good hike.
