Portal Transition

Existing portal clients must use the following steps to access their account.

There has been a migration for the Online Portal

This change will mean an upgrade for your account and requires Multifactor Auththentication

When you click CLIENT LOGIN on the portal you will be directed to the page on the left.

Use the login information you had previously used for the portal and click Sign-in.

If you don't remember your login please click Forgot Password and an email will be sent to the email address on file.

You will be requested to make a new account on the site.

There are password requirement, it must contain:

  • At least 8 Characters in length

And at least 3 of the following:

  • An uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • A lower case letter (a-z)
  • A number (0-9)
  • A special Character (!”#$%&()’+-./:;<=> ?@[\]_^*{|})

You will then receive an email with a verification code sent to your email address, use that email to add the code to the screen.

You will then see this screen. Please enter the email address associated with your account.

This will bring you to Multifactor Authentication, which is now required for your login.

You have a few choices for the authentication, however we recommend the Guardian App available throught the App Store or Google play.

Once you choose Guardian you will see this screen to allow you to download the App and walk through the steps to connect your phone with your online portal account. There will be a QR code that will be shown to connect the two.

Once you have set up the Multifactor Authentication please be sure to save the recovery code. This will allow you to reconnect the accounts if you get a new cell phone or to login without your phone.

Going forward when you login you will need to authenticate your account – a alert will be sent to the application for approval prior to allowing you to access your account
